Draft Picks
i was looking at the draft order for the rams in the draft, and was wondering how is the 2nd, 3rd, 4th,... round picks decided? Because they seem to be randomly.
So if anyone knows how the picks are decided W/B

Determined by record. Teams with the same final record rotate order in later rounds.
