Ellis over Dorsey
If the phins take Chris Long would you take Ellis or Dorsey. Dorsey was the front runner earlier and the big name, but now im leaning towards Ellis. Ellis is more suited to play NT in 4-3 or possibly 3-4 and he has been a straight up beast these past few weeks. He also has many less injury concerns than Dorsey has. I know its not the biggest need, but he might be the BDPA if Long is gone. Carriker and Ellis i the middle could end up being a great combo like the Williams in Minnesota.
What do you think?

I wouldn't take anybody at #2 overall because they could play NT. That's not a premium position.
I do think Ellis will be a very good UT, perhaps even a dominant one.

Re: Ellis over Dorsey
I noticed that you have the Pat-cheats selecting Jack Ikwegwuonu with the 7th pick. FYI, I've read that Mr. Ikwegwuonu tore an ACL just after he declared for the draft. Therefore, I highly doubt the Pat-cheats take an injured prospect at #7.

Isn't the number two pick a little high for Ellis?

Re: Ellis over Dorsey
I heard Nebraska has another monster at DE , that is on the Rams radar. Don't know his name but caught the last of the report. Supossed to be real good. Any names that you might have heard out of corn husker country?

Re: Ellis over Dorsey
either or i really wouldnt complain about I just want to have a good draft overall. rounds 1-7. Its really hard(but possible) to screw up the #2 pick overall, but the last 3-4 years our overall drafts have sucked and i just really hope our scouts are working hard this year.

Re: Ellis over Dorsey
alot of people mix up Wisconsin with Nebraska ( i don't know how) maybe its the similar colors so you might be talking about Matt Shaunasey who isn't even coming out this year.
