I do not know how reliable i am for a source, but i was able to go into the chargers practice facility with about 50 others. There were 4 people who work with the chargers who led the tour. We went into the chargers locker room, and someone asked where Eric Weddle's locker is. The lady pointed where the man was, and it was empty and the lady said well thats quite revealing.

No i am not saying he is gone out of San Diego, just thought this story was a weird Coincidence. Maybe St. Louis might have contacted him?

How is it revealing or surprising in the least? I heard of lots of players, both under contract and not for 2011, clearing out their lockers either before the lockout or during the half day they were allowed in after Nelson's ruling.

Considering that Weddle is not under contract for the 2011 season, it makes absolute sense that he would clear out his locker as he would not necessarily have time to do so during whatever free agent period we have, if we have a 2011 season at all. I know I would want my stuff.
