We've already got 6 DTs on the roster

You say that as if we have six solid DTs that we can depend on and work with. Ryan is a solid starter, but who else is there? The next three after Clifton all have pretty big question marks - Carriker (injuries/scheme?), Robbins (age/regressing?), and Scott (talent/upside?). Douzable and Bradwell are probably better off as camp bodies than part of the active roster.

I'm not arguing that DT is a bigger positional need than QB, but besides Ryan, I don't think we have much in this group in terms of guys we can count on. So I count it among the areas that definitely needs improvement.
