First play the Rams need to add to the new playbook

I know there is this big learning curve for WR coning into the NFL. That said lets do what the redskins did for RG3 and that is run plays he already knows.

This one has to be added, it looks like a nightmare to try and stop.

Anything to get him in space. The best part is, that sweep counted as a pass. If the NFL considers it one as well, Sam's TD numbers will go up.

The other way a play like this is going to help is when you motion it but don't pitch it to him because he's the decoy. The defense will definitely be keying on him on that.

Nice. It is easy to see why our FO was smitten with Tavon prior to the draft and was willing to make the trade they did to pick him. We could be seeing the start of a very exciting offense for the Rams.

Although I'm not a huge Gruden fan, his comments were very encouraging to hear.

    Go Rams!

Austin's ability to navigate the sideline and stay in bounds is amazing, as is his vision and decision making on cuts.

He's so small, his linemen really seem to enjoy thrusting him up in the air after TD's. I have a feeling the Rams linemen will be doing the same, a lot.

    Is he really a Ram?

i love having Tavon as a decoy almost as much as when he has the ball himself..i just hope he doesn`t do what Irvin sometimes did and keep his hands in his hand warmer in cold conditions when playing the decoy...

teams are gonna be drawn to Tavon every time he`s on the field and that`s gonna help Givens and Cook big time..i almost pity the CB`s and especially the safeties when they face us.we are gonna cause them nitemares.
