    Flozell Adams anyone?

Im going to answer this question by myself and just say no. This guy is going to want way to much money and we already have two tackles.

Cowboys tag Hamlin; Adams becomes free agent

this is percisley the kind of pickup we need to solidify our o-line. we need to go after him like an owl on a barn mouse.

I couldn't possibly disagree more. The last thing this team needs to do is go out and spend mega bucks on a soon-to-be 33-year-old offensive tackle.

I have my doubts about an "aging" Pace. Do we need to double the doubts with an older Adams? One thing about Adams though; he's only missed 6 games in ten years.

    Re: Flozell Adams anyone?

If we going to take a tackle in FA (this meaning Pace is prolly done or Barron on his way out) the only option should be Jake Long. Why go after old tackles when you are trying to rebuild.

And I much rather see a (FA) guard/center coming our way.

    Re: Flozell Adams anyone?

I'm with Rammed. I'd much rather see us draft at the tackle position and sign a FA on the interior. We have time to potentially wait at the tackle slot, but we have lots of unproven talent on the inside. Since you probably want a mix of vets and young'ns, you wouldn't want to pursue a veteran tackle who is anything more than backup material.
