Dolphins already have Jake Long, so they draft Kalil to play on the right side? Seems like a huge investment and not very practical.

In '97 the Saints drafted Kyle Turley (who was the best Tackle prospect) even though they had Roaf already on the roster.. there's NO downside to drafting GOOD O-Lineman

Yeah, I always enjoy and appreciate your videos, but I'm not really buying this pick either, sorry to say.

I get the point you're making - certainly the Dolphins need to improve their offensive line and upgrade over Marc Colombo, who has been a lousy replacement since Vernon Carey moved inside to guard - but having to go back over a decade to find an example to support the logic of the pick probably isn't a good thing. Nevermind that the Saints chose Turley @ 7 while the Colts would be choosing Kalil @ 2, which is a big difference.

    Loved the Rams pick, though.

Khalil is so good that I could see it happening. Still with Miamis huge hole at QB I would not be surprised to see them draft Barkley at #2.

That would be my projection, at present.

Yeah, it will never happen today. The league isn't run based and the Dolphins need a QB and would not pass on Barkley -- Barkley is a guaranteed top 6 pick after the season he is having

Agreed, but I think it is all moot as I believe Barkley will stay for his senior year.Too bad as I was hoping he would come out so some team will make the Rams as incredible offer to move up.

If Barkley stays in school he will be the early favorite for the Heisman award....
