I'd also suggest the Rams draft The Doctor from Doctor Who for their Offensive Coordinator, preferably the 7th, as he's always several steps ahead of the defense. Also he could go back in time and take all the tapes away from the Patriots before their first Super Bowl "win."
O but I do think uncle rico would be a upgrade from hasselbeck and whitehurst.
Overall a pretty good draft.
Uncle Rico is the most pro-ready if you look at his film. Bieber is more of a project.
