Re: Forget Crabtree... the real "wild card" for the Rams is:
personally if it wasn't for the Money i would take Sanchez. But if we take him at #2 we would have to pay him and Bulger.
The reason i would really want to take sanchez is because i dont think Bulger is a good Qb unless he has all the talent around him. Right now we have talent behind him (s-jax) but not around him (WRs). SO i think we are going to be around 12 in 2010 taking McCoy or some other QB.

Again... I'm not saying the Rams should or will take Sanchez. I'm merely saying that my description (back in January) of Sanchez as the real "wild card" for the Rams was pretty much dead on.
Now bow to me.
Welcome to the St. Louis Rams!

Just pointing this out, Sanchez will be on ESPN 101 at 2:40 CN, so I will definitely be tuning in.
And to those who say we would have too much money invested in the QB position, if we release Bulger next year we actually have cap savings rather than taking a hit. So, if they want to build for the future now, that would be the way to go instead of delaying it for the next one or two years.
