I see a couple of names that are intriguing and worth backup roles. David Harris, Erin Henderson, quintin groves, but the guy we should bring in right away is rocky macintosh.

Rocky McIntosh seems to be a good fit for the Rams. McIntosh has been productive for the majority of his career, but seemed loss at times after the transition to a 3-4 defense last year. He is an obvious upgrade over Leber and Poppinga. Plus, no one knows if Dunbar is apart of the suspensions that are surely to be handed out by Goodell shortly. I don't know a lot about McIntosh. I have always thought of him as a plus run defender and below average in coverage. I could be wrong but that is what I came away thinking in the few games I have watched him play. The Rams need to bring in guys with track records and experience. I don't think the Rams can afford to try and get by with Josh Hull and Aaron Brown. McIntosh might not be a long term solution, but he is young enough to serve as a coast-gap until a better solution comes along. He is good depth at the very least.

I agree 100% McIntosh needs to be a Ram. He was very productive in the 4-3. He would significantly upgrade the Rams Linebacking unit. Lets go Rams make the move ASAP...

Where is Rocky now, has Rams shown any remote interest?

Thought he was a solid player in a 4-3 system and lost his job in the transition to a 3-4. Nice solid production and we have a need. Although id assume that Rams are waiting to see what they have in current LB's, draftees & UDFA's.
