According to Casserly, Jones should still be 100 percent before the season. It's believed the fracture was discovered in Combine medical checks, and but Jones performed all drills in Indianapolis anyway. While it makes Jones' incredible Combine performance even more impressive, it's certainly possible that the surgery could affect Jones' draft stock. Michael Crabtree fell to No. 10 overall in 2009, at least in part due to a similar pre-draft operation.
This can only work 2 our advantage IMO.

As the write-up said, I think that makes his workout that much more impressive. Hard to say how much this impacts his stock, if he's expected to recover before the start of the season.

I doubt it affects his draft stock. He's still going between 10 and 20, hopefully at 14.

We are cheering on for players to get surgeries now? Has it been that bad when it comes to rams' news? Come on guys this JJ stuff is getting out of hand. BD is going to stick to his board and if he is available, great I hope he takes him, but the rams wont stray from the draft board. I think we have gotten a great nucleus of players and now other than a couple of needs we are drafting BPA (outside of QB of course).
