Good draft and FA sites?

Good anyone direct me to somewhere with lots of good profiles regarding potential draftees? I dont really know much about a lot of these players coming out of college.

Also, is there a good site which lists free agent by team, position etc?

nfldraftcountdown.com is a good place to look at draftees.. The people who do that site, talk about the players strengh and weaknesses.
