Here's Who The Rams Will Take In Each Round (Within 5 Guesses) w/Jenkins contingency
Rather than doing a traditional 7 round mock, here is my list of 5 players per round who. I believe that there is a very good chance that, within these lists, you can find each of the Rams picks. I have based this both on players I think the Rams should take, players I think they would take (if available), and players I think are likely to be available when they pick. The players are not listed in any particular order.
Round 1 (13)
Jamaal Anderson, DE, Arkansas
Amobe Okoye, DT, Louisville
Adam Carriker, DE, Nebraska
Alan Branch, DT, Michigan
Justin Harrell, DT, Tennessee
If Jenkins acquired: Substitute Darrelle Revis, CB, Pittsburgh
and Paul Posluszny, OLB, Penn State for Branch and Harrell.
Round 2 (52)
Tim Crowder, DE, Texas
DeMarcus Tyler, DT, NC State
Aaron Sears, OL, Tennessee
Victor Abiamiri, DE, Notre Dame
Jason Hill, WR, Washington State
If Jenkins acquired: Substitute Aaron Rouse, DB, VaTech
for Tyler.
Round 3 (82)
Ikaika Alama-Francis, DE, Hawaii
Brandon Mebane, DT, California
Johnnie Lee Higgins, WR/PR, UTEP
Lorenzo Booker, RB, FSU
Chris Henry, RB, Arizona
If Jenkins acquired, substitute Quentin Moses, DE,
Georgia, for Mebane.
Round 4 (117)
Yamon Figurs, WR/KR, Kansas State
LeRoy Harris, C, NC State
Brian Robison, DE/OLB, Texas
Anthony Waters, MLB, Clemson
Aundrae Allison, WR, East Carolina
Round 5 (148)
Tyrone Moss, RB, Miami (FL)
Jacoby Jones, WR, Lane
Josh Gattis, S, Wake Forrest
Paul Soliai, DT, Utah
Prescott Burgess, OLB, Michigan
Round 6 (190)
Garrett Wolfe, RB, Northern Illinois
Marcus Thomas, DT, Florida
Baraka Atkins, DE, Miami (FL)
Cory Anderson, FB, Tennessee
Mike Walker, WR, Central Florida
Round 7 (225, 248, 249)
Jake Kuresa, OG, BYU
Robert Turner, OG, New Mexico
Louis Leonard, DT, Fresno State
Isaiah Stanback, QB/WR, Washington
Justin Hickman, DE, UCLA

Love your list! Especially the later rounds. I like Turner OG, Atkins DE (I don't think he'll be there that late), Wolfe RB (Mentioned him in an earlier post) & Thomas DT.
Great list!!
Here is the link to an earlier post noting some of these guys. There are links to some scouting info included.

I agree with pretty much all the guys you have, where they will go, (who really knows, it's the NFL Draft)and your list is full of guys i like this year, and i'm picky.
Re: Here's Who The Rams Will Take In Each Round (Within 5 Guesses)
Nice job AV real solid list. Not sure Amobe Okoye will be on the board, hope he is.
Re: Here's Who The Rams Will Take In Each Round (Within 5 Guesses)
WOW , nice , AVENGER , i like this because this is how i break down my rounds every year , i go from 10 , to 5 , to 3 and then the player i want , and think should be drafted . and i have 19 of these players on my 5's board . that is something . nice job. i had done this format before , and we all should do this a few times to really see how each one thinks the talent should be panned out. again , nice job. KK,

Av, does this list assume that we have not acquired jenkins? If so, please repost with any variations assuming we do acquire jenkins for a #2. This is a great post, even by your standards, which are lofty indeed.

This is based on the players on the roster now.
If the Rams were to acquire Jenkins, it might result in a modification of the early rounds. Probably, with Jenkins acquired, I'd have a CB or two (Revis, Hall) on the Round 1 list, and possibly Willis (though I have strong doubts that he'll last to pick 13).
Re: Here's Who The Rams Will Take In Each Round (Within 5 Guesses)
Okay, I gave it some thought, and added my "Jenkins contingency" selections.
In the first round, I added Revis, who I think is the CB the Rams have the most interest in, and Posluszny, who I think is an underrated prospect who will be available at pick 13. They substitute for Branch and Harrell. I still think that the Rams would be interested in Okoye, though, even if Jenkins is obtained.
In the second round, I added Aaron Rouse in place of Tank Tyler.
In round 3, I added Quentin Moses in place of Brandon Mebane.
I don't see any impact on Day 2, as those players are taken more for depth and the future.

Re: Here's Who The Rams Will Take In Each Round (Within 5 Guesses) w/Jenkins continge
Great post. My ideal Rams 1st round situation would be:
Acquiring Jenkins, giving up our 2[52] and 4[117]
1[13] Jamaal Anderson, DE, Arkansas
Then using the rest of the picks to add depth to the defensive side of the ball, pick up a speedy WR/KR or HB/KR and an interior lineman or two.
Re: Here's Who The Rams Will Take In Each Round (Within 5 Guesses) w/Jenkins continge
In kippers new mock, he has us taking carriker in round one, a center from hawaii (i think jack lord, but i am not sure of the name) and moses in round 3 (the guy from georgia, not the bible). He also has us taking a punter in round 4 which is hard to believe considering that we just signed jones to the big offer sheet.

Maybe the big news of the punter signing didn't make it to him. Don't know how he missed that superstar. Carriker will probably go earlier than we all expect. Maybe Atlanta...
Re: Here's Who The Rams Will Take In Each Round (Within 5 Guesses) w/Jenkins continge
I think our round four pick should be Yamon Figurs, to come in and help the return game.
Re: Here's Who The Rams Will Take In Each Round (Within 5 Guesses) w/Jenkins continge
Why does getting Jenkins mean we dont take a DT early on? Jenkins is no spring chicken, and while he is a top player now he wont be around for ever. We could either pick a guy to sit behind Jenkins and then start in a couple of years, or grab a guy to play next to him. Imagine a DL with a central pairing of Jenkins and Okoye or Jenkins and Branch.
We are struggling at the DT position and although it is possible for one player to turn it around we should give Haslett the best chance possible by giving him as much talent as we can at the trouble spot.

Amen. La Roi Glover is approaching Mid 30's, the Jury is our on Wroten, and Kennedy still has a year to prove himself...Another year. So it's completely viable.
