The Holt Injury/Curtis FA/Draft

With Holt having knee surgery and Curtis possibly choosing to leave in free agency dows WR climb up the draft board for anyone?

If Curtis leaves I think WR becomes a 2nd round priority.

Sidney Rice or Ted Ginn Jr. Possibly Dwayne Jarrett if there is a situation in the First.

I don't see the WR position being adressed in the 1st, but in the 2nd round we could get a guy like Bowe, or Rice.

Re: The Holt Injury/Curtis FA/Draft

Holt's injury is a non-factor. He'll get the knee scoped and be 100% long before the season starts.

We will take and should take the best player in the first round. If thats a WR so be it. Lets hope its a defensive player.

I am in 100% Agreeance. If a shiny new set of WR Wheels is available, all viable trade options are extinguished, and the BDPA is nowhere near as good as the BOPA, i think the choice becomes obvious.

Re: The Holt Injury/Curtis FA/Draft

There is so much talent in free agency this offseason.. if theres no real other option, taking a WR in the first roun such as dwayne jarrett or teddy ginn jr. might be a good idea, provided some of the needs of the defense are filled through free agency.
