How would you rate the 2007 draft?

2007 DRAFT SELECTIONS

1st rd- Adam Carriker, DT- Grade: D - - Just a complete waste of time as he was also playing out of position. Never showed any dominance at any time and very overrated ( Passed on "Revis Island", Dwayne Bowe, Jon Beason, Joe Staley, Ben Grubbs, Greg Olsen)
2nd rd- Brian Leonard, RB- Grade: C+: Although he showed something here and there, the guy clearly was not an every down back. ( Passed on Eric Wright, Turk Mcbride, Ryan Kalil, Samson Satele, Brandon Jackson, James Jones, Mike Sims-Walker)
3rd rd- Jonathan Wade, CB- Grade: C- - Just didnt have it and I am not sure if he brought much to the table. Was ok from time to time. (Passed on Brandon Mebane, Stewart Bradley, Jermon Bushrod, Le'ron McClain)
4th rd- NO PICK
5th rd (2 picks: 139 & 154) 139- Dustin Fry, C. Grade: F- I have never even heard of this guy. 154- Clifton Ryan, DT- Grade: C- This was one of our better picks especially for this round. Always showed brilliance and had his bright spots and failures. But the migraines are a bit of concern for this FO and I guess his spot has been relegated to Gary Gibson.
6th rd- Ken Shackleford, OT- Grade: F- I have never heard of this guy either.
7th rd- Derek Stanley, WR- Grade: C+.- Great depth guy at the position for a 7th rounder. Was always consistent although not nearly the best but did some good things for us. Hence the plus for the C.

Once again, after a horrible draft in 2006, we come back and lay eggs in 2007. And now these guys are no longer with the team, with the exception of Clifton Ryan. The reason I gave the guys I did a C or a D was because they were actually starters or role players for our team for a good while, but were just below average players.
