    I have to say it.

Dwight Freeney looked very good against LJ last week. Two sacks he was all over the place. He is in his prime much like Spoon was last year. I think his stock went up; they only gave up 32 yards to LJ.

    Freeney opposite little!

    Freeney

I know he is small, and we are getting pounded. But would that really be that bad of a pick up? Freeney opposite little! What do you do, who do you double? Freeney opposite little!

5.5 sacks and 29 tackles in 06 he is a pure pass rusher and he only gets 5.5 sacks?

Yes, it would. We need to improve our run defense. You don't do that by signing an undersized speed rusher to a huge deal, especially when you already have one.

Little has had some off years, and he still is one of the best. Go back and look at the numbers he has posted.

The Rams do not need another small pass rusher they need a dual threat at RE.

IMO Freeny is overrated. Sure, he burst onto the scene doing great, but for the most part teams have figured him out. He really doesn't have good technique, just speed.

    You run the ball. Alot.

I didn't buy him as a quarterback. He's just so stiff, especially when he drops back to pass. Really stiff. He reminds me of Kurt Warner.

Signing someone off the one run defense worse then ours was last year is supposed to help us against the run? i dont see it. Freeney will command more money then Charles Grant and Justin Smith as well, so its really not worth it IMO

KC must still just be slow on how to stop him two sacks in a playoff game is big.

We will add more then just Freeny, we have two issue really, stopping the run and no past rusher other then Little.

We would be much better served signing Charles Grant as he is a monster verse the run. He also, though not a elite pass rusher like Freeney, a solid pass rusher.

the problem with Freeney is that since he will cost more then Grant and Smith, signing him will leave us with less money to get guys to play in the middle.

That might be true. How much cap do we have? How much do you think Freeney will cost us? How much would Grant or Smith cost?

The last two year Little and grant very close when it comes to the run, tackles. Not to sure grant or Little is a monster aginst the run.

They are way more productive the Freeney.
