    Biography:
    Blossomed into Chicago's starting nose tackle during his second NFL season in which he took advantage of his first extended playing time to lead the Bears defensive line in tackles. Combines with Tommie Harris and Tank Johnson to form one of the top young DT rotations in the league. Played in 20 career games with 13 starts, recording 80 tackles, two sacks, seven TFLs, two PBUs, and one fumble recovery. Among 11 players from Chicago's 2003 draft class that made the team's active roster out of training camp.

    I would imagine its because he's a good player asking for the money typically paid to a great player.

    I think that teams are going to wait until after the draft and if they don\t get any help in the draft Scott's phone will start ringing.

    The relationship between Atlanta and Grady Jackson seems to be breaking down, so it may be only a matter of time before he lands there.

    That being said, the market for free agent DTs has been pretty cold for just about everyone thus far.
