Sign him, do whatever you have to, he's a proven starter in this league, which is more than I can say for our current list of available CB's (I never heard of Rod Hood or this other guy whose name I currently forget). He once was approved by Bill Belichek which is another plus. Even though he's already 30 that's a few years younger than Al Harris. The only fly in the ointment is whether he'll come play for us as his agent talks about his desire to go play for a Super Bowl bound team, but that's probably agent chatter anyway. Let's make a move to get some talented players here.

Totally agree, we need all the help we can get back there. If gandpa Harris is starting, you know we have issues.

I don't know if he is worth the money. We have the easiest games of the schedule ahead of us, and our current secondary did well against the high powered Saint's offense.

I don't want to keep on signing veteran fill-ins for 1 year contracts. I think we have enough to get by, if our pass rush stays steady.

I agree. I didn't realize he'd cost 3 mil for the rest of the year. Makes sense why he was cut now.

I have to amend my thinking on this one once I learned the price tag. I think we can do better in FA (Tracy Porter wouldn't be a bad option) or the draft, but I fear we may lose Ron Bartell to this neck injury so we better have something planned.
