I believe strength of schedule would be the tiebreaker, which currently favors Minnesota.
With Kalil possibly going back to school, I wouldn't be shocked if the Vikings gave Blackmon some thought. They lost Sidney Rice to free agency last year and the best thing they have after Percy Harvin is Michael Jenkins.
I think they would take Blackmon no questions asked. I just hope we get him. Or else we will miss out on yet another WR in the draft.
That would be upsetting if we do miss out on him.
I'd say if we do trade down for some picks. This draft is stacked and some extra picks could help the team substantially.
Either Kalil or Blackmon would help our team tremendously. Personally I'd prefer Kalil at this point. It's unfortunate that Jason Smith didn't work out, but we need to move on and IMO Kalil is the bigger need right now with how Brandon Lloyd is playing. Think about how sorry the Lions would be if they passed on Calvin Johnson because they had so many WR busts in prior drafts.
And oh btw, it looks like the "Kalil is going back to USC" story was just fabricated news - Kalil just said he has not made a decision yet.
