his career seems to be heading south fast ,as RB`s of his age usually do...plus in his head he seems to see himself as better than a 2nd or 3rd option..

No thanks. We have a number of running backs already on the roster who are probably about as good as he is at this point, come cheaper, and can also contribute on special teams.
I don't want us being Denver lol. We really don't need more than 5 running backs on this team.
In a word, no. In more than one, no no no no no. In an actual sentence, no because he's never going to produce up to the value of whatever contract he is able to get himself. Give me a young and hungry kid with the same basic skill set any day.
if he shows his AARP card we will get a discount and this could fit him under the cap.
No thanks, I would rather bring in a vet WR then a vet RB. I think it's time for Edge to realize it's a young mans game, especially at the running back position, and hang up the cleats. He had a great career, but we are moving forward as a team, and signing James would only set us back, IMHO.
Cheaper is the key in my mind. Edge is probably looking for a large amount of money. So no would be my answer.Quote:
