Then for sure we dont have to draft a safety in the 2nd round, as a result of that i predict.
1st Round: Aaron Curry :)
2nd Round. Micheal Oher, or William Bettey from Unconn

Oher is not dropping out of the first sweetie.... There will be a run on OT later in the round
If we sign Butler we dont have to take a saftey in the 2nd that is why i'm predicting:
1st round: Jason Smith
2nd round: Ron Brace
I don't think that we would have taken a safety that high in any case.
My assumption, for what it's worth, has been that- since Gross & Carey are off the cards- if we go OT with the first, it'd be LB or or perhaps DT 2nd.
Anything else 1st, then OT second.
Whether you think Pace will stay or not, his days are numbered as a starting LT & any replacement taken below the 2nd is an exponentially bigger gamble & will take a while to develop.
Meanwhile, Bulger & SJ limp their way to the bank.
Btw bruce4life, did you just call a fellow Clannie "sweetie"?!
How come you never call any of us "sweetie", honeybunch?
What are we, chopped liver?
^she likes me.. thats why
I love to get an OT in the 2nd. Keep Pace and maybe sign a solid proven LT next year during free agency.
That's true but weird thing do happen in this league, and we have next years draft also. We just have so many needs!!
If we do sign Butler, my draft doesn't change. I still want an OT first, a MLB in the second.
I want McKillop. But IF Lauaranitis falls to the second, we should snag him.
If it comes down to releasing Holt, maybe a receiver would be nice in round two.
I want McKillop too, but frankly I'm hoping we draft Aaron Curry at #2 and take a OT in round 2. Lauranaitis I'm afraid will go the Patriots now that Vrabel is gone and they pick 1 spot ahead of us in round 2 (KC's pick for Cassel). If we go receiver in round 2, I like Hakeem Nicks if he makes it that far.
Go Rams!
