I'm hearing rumblings about a blockbuster trade involving the Rams

Apparently, the following deal is in the works:

The Rams would send Torry Holt and the second pick in the draft to Dallas, along with their second round pick to the Eagles.

The Eagles would send Lito Shepard and their first round pick to Dallas, and recieve Torry Holt and Dallas' two first round picks. Shepard is then sent to the Rams, along with the Rams second round pick.

The Eagles would then send Torry Holt and Dallas' two first round picks back to the Rams, with Lito Shepard returning to the Eagles.

The Rams would then send Dallas' two first round picks back to Dallas and get their first round pick back.

I think its a pretty good trade for the Rams.
