Re: Interesting tidbit on Vernon Davis
Again, I dont listen to this guy or pretty much anyone else on ESPN. Schlereth ripped on A.J. Hawk who is probably one of the most complete LBs to come out in a long time. Anything he said after hearing that made his view pointless-Mark Schlereth: Fluid in the hips, big and physical but doesn't use hands or feet well in running game, blocks ineffectively with his arms out and feet together, has to improve if he wants to be legit tight end in NFL
The Roman and The Prince. Playmakers until the end.

Can't help but wonder if that'd be your position had they praised Davis as a great blocker.

Even if you don't believe what they said, the video they showed doesn't lie.

The same A.J. Hawk that has yet to play a down in the NFL?

Re: Interesting tidbit on Vernon Davis
Thats the thing though. I havent seen a single interview where he said he doesnt want to be a blocker. Every interview I've seen he's said he would do anything to win.The bottom line is his blocking is the weakest part of his game, and he has work to do in that area whether he wants to or not.
Besides, I dont watch ESPN for a reason. Sean Salisbury still works there. I cant watch it if he works there. I stick to the NFL Network. The Roman and The Prince. Playmakers until the end.
