Jason Peters
So I have read in a few places that the bills may be looking to deal Peters if they cannot agree on a contract before the draft. The Bills will be asking for a 1st and 3rd but do not want to spend the money on a top five pick.
Do you think Billy D should try to pull off a trade?
My suggestion 2nd (basically late first) and 4th this year and 2nd next year.
Also do you think Peters is worth all this picks when rebuilding?
Curry and Peters would fill two huge gaps. Then go WR 3rd round.

Re: Jason Peters
I don't like the idea. We lose to much in the rebuild for one guy who is looking for an enormous contract that we are also going to shovel out for in your case Curry. Too much money and too little return.

Re: Jason Peters
I think we should grab a young OT in the draft, and establish the guy as our "franchise" tackle, someone who would be a key building block for this team.

Re: Jason Peters
He already got traded to the Eagles for the 28th pick and 2 fourth rounders and I don't think the rams had that much interest. Although the 28th pick is pretty close to our second round selection, and could have been worth our while.

Re: Jason Peters
im glad he`s off the market...i think he has played a whole lot better than people seemed to think when he came out of college...but not enough for me to want us to go after him with a big package deal..
