Jerome Simpson?
Its looking like he will only do 60 days with work release under a plea bargain. He would be suspended by the league for a few games but that is right about when DX will be needing to rest his knees. Is he the best prize left in free agency?

Not sure I'd want to sign a WR who will miss valuable time with our QB no matter how well he ninja flips over defenders.

If he can somehow learn the playbook which was his problem with cincy for the longest time, then he is worth a look if willing to accept a low-tier contract.
