Dix over Dennard and aside from a trade down and still getting Matthews that is my ideal first round. Thank you JT.

I know Robinson is the popular pick but I ultimately think Matthews is the way our team will go if we remain in this scenario(no trade, select a tackle).

I also think Dennard would be a great get at this spot. However, Fisher has recently talked openly about wanting Tru to have some "breathing room" and to be able to grow into his starting gig. This pick would seem to suggest the opposite effect, unless Jenkins moves to the slot role.

this is very likely...and you got to figure Thomas has a good feel with what they are hinting at;;I can see rams brass feeling 13 is too high for a safety even though they like dix..although robinson is damn intriguing, mattews is a finished product ready to contribute immediately..I see robinson as aproject

Not exciting, but fills the holes quite well. Can't say I'd complain.

Doesn't have Kelvin Benjamin taken in the first, maybe we can get him in the 2nd. He has similar size like Evans. Not sure he would make it to us in the 2nd, but if so might be interesting.

Dennard would be a terrible choice scheme wise. He plays great in press man not very well in off man and didn't we play about 7 yards off wideouts most of last season?

Word is, under Gregg Williams, that will change.

Neither can I. However, Matthews and Dennard are arguably the two blue chip prospects at their respective positions in this class. To me that brings a ton of excitement because we're anticipating these two guys to be day one starters. Shoot, Matthews moves more like his cousin Clay at his size compared to the rest of this OT class. Meanwhile Darqueze lives for those man to man coverages down the field!
