Keep an eye on this Husker

Daniel Bullocks, S, Nebraska
6'1, 210 4.38 in 40 (at Combine)
If the Rams go with a LB or DE in the first round, he could be a very viable option as a second round pick. Plus, his brother, Josh, was drafted by Jim Haslett.

Re: Keep an eye on this Husker
Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't Daniel and Josh twins?

Re: Keep an eye on this Husker
You are correct, Sir!
Josh came out early, but Daniel stayed for his Senior season.

Re: Keep an eye on this Husker
yeah, 4.38 is impressive...just like kevin garrett's 4.37 four drafts ago...
the question is, is daniel bullocks a good player?

Re: Keep an eye on this Husker
Garrett is an undersized CB. Bullocks is a prototypical sized safety. And, as far as whether he can play, many scouts think he's a better prospect than his brother, who now is an NFL starter.

Re: Keep an eye on this Husker
Daniel Bullocks started at SS for the Huskers, but he's good enough in coverage to play FS in the NFL. He led the team in interceptions with 5 as a junior, only had one last year, but he's always been a solid tackler and has good ballhawking instincts. Don't know if he'd go as high as the second round, but he'd be a great pickup in the 3rd round as a possible starter.

wow, totally forgot about daniel. if we do go anything other than safety in the first, bullocks would be a great pickup in the 2nd.

Huff I think he is OR whats wrong with that? I mean since Huff is such a big playmaker why does he only have 5 career picks? Bullocks has 7. And they tackle the same and have the same speed.

Re: Keep an eye on this Husker
RF16, you're welcome to your opinion, but I am going to have to respectfully disagree with it. I'd gladly take either one at the safety spot, but Huff is a bigger hitter, and looks better in coverage from game film.
