I would be. He showed a lot of heart and talent in his rookie campaign. Its a bit concerning he lost his starting gig to injury and Best, but I could see having him run behind SJ as a great way for him to get his career back on track. Perhaps that fact will also place his price tag at a manageable spot though too.

My biggest concern is the injury issue. Do the Lions medical staff know something nobody else does? I'd run him thru some vigorous tests before presenting an offer. Perhaps the Rams are targeting a draft selection as well. Only envision a need for someone to compete with Darby, so if there's something in the draft Devaney sees, I'm cool with that too.
