    Kiper's Four-Round Rams Projection

    11. Chad Greenway, LB Iowa
    46. Orien Harris, DT Miami
    77. David Thomas, TE Texas
    109. Kevin Boothe, OL Cornell

    My grade: B-

Round 1 - He has us taking Greenway over Ngata, which I wouldn't do, but am not going to jump out a window over.

Round 2 - A bit early for Harris IMO, and he has us passing on Cedric Griffin, Thomas Howard, Joe Klopfenstein, Daniel Bullocks, and Mathias Kiwanuka to take him. Don't like that.

Round 3 - Thomas is probably underrated and I think could sneak into the first day, but I wouldn't take him over Anthony Fasano and Roman Harper, who are both available at that spot.

Round 4 - Boothe is a good small school prospect, but I'm not sure I pass on center Greg Eslinger to take him in the fourth.

Overall I'm not that disappointed with the picks, but rather who he has the Rams passing up. A Greenway, Klopfenstein, Harper, McCargo draft would have suited me much better.

Well, the good news is that Kiper's picks are almost never right!

In my opinion, Kiper is to the draft what Howard Cosell used to be to Monday Night Football. They're both irritating, extremely opinionated, and often wrong, but somehow things just aren't quite as entertaining without them.

I don't have a problem with taking Greenway, but I don't like the Harris and Thomas much. I like the players all right, but they are reaches in those rounds. I think Ngata, Howard, Fasano on day 1 would be a better way of addressing the same positions .

I'd take Greenway, Bing, Fasono, and Omar Jacobs.

Boo. Not very happy there at all, Mel. I like, let me see.... one of those picks. Now it seems to me Ngata in the first is better, as is Bing in the second, Harris is the third would be just swell, and I'm pretty OK with Kevin Boothe.

lol...does anybody know what kind of accuracy Kiper has had over the last several years? He talks like his picks are gospel. I'm sure they're not.
