    Hey Bar-BQ ...

Suddenly KFFL is reporting something different.?? Looks like they got their fingers stuck in the cookie jar. Wouldn't it be funny if the Lions took Crabtree? LOL

Lions | Drafting J. Smith No. 1 overall?
    Mon, 23 Mar 2009 09:11:33 -0700

Updating a previous report, KFFL has learned the Detroit Lions are expected to select Baylor University OT Jason Smith with the No. 1 overall pick in the 2009 NFL Draft. The Lions are currently negotiating with Smith, University of Georgia QB Matthew Stafford and Wake Forest LB Aaron Curry, but Smith is believed to be the Lions' choice, according to sources with intimate knowledge of the situation. An announcement could be made within the next two weeks.

    .
I have thought the Baylor OT was the Best.

If Detroit takes him, we need to consider Curry.

Wasn't Leanord a RB and poof now he becomes a FB in the Pro's ?? Yep Leonard put on a little weight & get faster.?? Sorta Wilde Coyote strapping a rocket to his back. That expierement worked out good also.

with the emergence of Ray Rice at Rutgers in Leonard`s final year, Brian was switched to FB.

there are a lot of players in the NFL who dont play in the position they played at in college (weve got a few..e.g Little,Carriker...) but Av`s question was about college LB`s switching to Safeties in the Pro`s..

Well How about drafting Eric Crouch to play WR when he was a QB in College.
That was a wasted draft pick from old front office. I could name alot of mistakes I think the old front office made. (Picket DT, Carter DE.)

I hope Rams take the Best available player regardless of position after the first round OT. As long as the position is one of the Rams Dier needs (DE, MLB, NT/DT, WR, TE)

Backup needs for Rams (QB, RB, CB, SS)

People the Rams are not taking a QB second overall. So quit posting crap like so who will it be Stafford,Curry or Crabtree. If we draft a QB 2nd overall it would be suicide for Spags. Too many holes to fill and Qb isnt one of them.
