    Rams could really use a SLB, Spags has been in his division for a while. When healthy he has been great. I think he is good fit in the system becuase he is big, tough, and can rush the passer. At 31 he shouldn't break the bank.

    I agree the Rams need help at the LB positions. He is a bit older but he would be better then anything the rams have now. However, we need a MLB to let Witherspoon move to the outside so he is somewhat affective. Maybe they can get him and a MLB and just get ride of Pisa, because he is kind of a joke.
