Mel Kipper overrated?

Even though I think he go the Rams pick right I looked at the rest of his top 10 and i was kinda bewildered. Philip Merling and Aqib Talib in the top ten the Ravens taking Sedrick Ellis. With a good combine that could all happen. I don't know maybe he knows something i don't, but it seems that he has lost his touch over the years. Does anyone have his the link to his full Mock Draft ?

Well if this were the actual draft who would ya'll take for the Rams' 2nd round pick? Hey!! I just noticed something: where in the world is Kenny Phillips, the safety from Miami? Is Mel kidding or did I miss something?

He is doing his job. He creates discussion and allows room for change. Remember Charles Johnson? He was supposed to come to St. Louis early in the draft process then Mel slided him down as the draft drew closer. Johnson ended up going to Carolina in the second round. And Mel had AC wearing the horns. It is early, just take it with a grain of salt.

I say it could be a lucky thing for the Rams if he dropped to us 2 picks into Round 2. I suspect Parcells is too shrewd to pass on him particularly with Phillips being a local boy. But we can always hope.
