Michael Floyd -- Pick #6 or trading down...

ESPN just had a small piece about the Rams potential taking Michael Floyd at #6 -- I think this could be a possibility because Blackmon may be gone...

and, if for some reason Khalil is there at #6 the Bills are willing to give anything to get him -- and the Rams could trade down to #10

So, Would you rather have Khalil at #6 or Floyd #10 with an extra 2nd rounder


could be tough decision if Claiborne, Richardon, and Blackmon are all gone at 6

I would trade down to the 10 spot but pass on Floyd.

Buddy Nix just disputed a report he's trying to get Kalil, even laughing at the idea. Don't think it happens.

For the record, I was unaware of this report when I posted my "call me crazy" thread.

Well, if Kalil (there's no "h") is there and the Bills want him bad enough (ie. #10 and #41), then yea, I'd make that trade. But I'm not sure I'd take Floyd. I might. But then again David Decastro would be very tempting.

I admit, I would be very giddy going into Friday with #33, #39, & #41.

Trade down with Bills and take Floyd (or DeCastro)

I'd EASILY trade down to #10 and grab another 2nd rounder. Floyd + 2 over Kalil all day.

I'd take Floyd at 6 so trading down to get him at 10 with another 2nd rounder is a no brainer for me.

What's everyone's beef with Michael Floyd? He's not as good as Blackmon, but damn close. At #10, it's a no-brainer to me in order to get a third round 2 pick. We should all rejoice in the fact that we can be certain no one from West Texas A & M will drafted this weekend! We've come a long way from that nonsense, so Floyd isn't the end of the world to me.

What about Kalil @ 6, and then call Pittsburgh to see if a combo of #33 and either Saffold or Smith could lure Mike Wallace away from them?

(Pat Kirwan and Tim Ryan just floated that possibility on Sirius radio during my drive home.)
