Mike Williams - WR - Buccaneers

Mike Williams - WR - Buccaneers

Mike Williams' $6.8 million 2015 salary is not guaranteed until the third day of that league year.
There's been some confusion surrounding the six-year, $40.25 million deal Williams signed last July. Per FOX's Mike Garafolo and CBS' Jason La Canfora, the real contract shows a mere $1.2 million guaranteed salary in 2014, something the Bucs could easily get out from under. Given Williams' reported lack of dedication, off-field issues and Sunday's stabbing, he's almost certainly on the chopping block. Tampa could get an upgrade in the form of Clemson WR Sammy Watkins at No. 7 overall in May's draft.

He's not cut yet but if they do i would sign him in a second. One year prove it deal. He worked out with Sam back when the both came out so they have a relationship. If they cut him could be another trade partner at least.

I'll say it once more. If he's not a clear cut potential number 1 receiver (which he isn't), we shouldn't waste our time.

I don't know what it is about his game but I like it, more then Pettis at this point.

I agree. Plus, Williams is a wild card that can't seem to stay out of trouble. Why have a guy like that around unless he's going to light it up, and I don't see Williams' lighting it up.
