Vinny DiTrani, of the Bergen Record, reports Penn State DL Tamba Hali might not participate in the NFL Combine. Hali's strong showing in the Senior Bowl has already moved him up first-round draft charts. Hali said he would make a decision when he arrives at the Combine, where he is not scheduled to work out until Feb. 27.
