Tomlinson wouldnt even consider the Rams anyway. A guy at his age would want a chance to win a Superbowl ring. Why would he go to a team that won a single game last year? Thats not even touching on his diminished skills. He could be a nice contributor to a team but not a starter. If he goes somewhere it will be to a contender not a rebuilding team.
