It appears Darren Sharper is going to be cut by the Packers. If Pace resigns I think we'll have a legitimate shot to sign this guy. If so we can move Pisa back to LB and Archuleta back to SS and would give us a real playmaker at FS.

Little - Pickett - Kennedy - Hargrove
Tinoisamoa - Claiborne - Coakley
Butler - Archuleta - Sharper - Fisher

If we can get a solid O-Line the Super Bowl would be ours!

Sharper would be a good upgrade, but probably not as significant as one would think. His 2003 and 2004 campaigns weren't that spectacular, but you have to wonder if at least part of that is because the rest of the Packers D was poor as well. If he's not going to break the bank, he'd be a great pick-up.
