is kinda premature tho hey. what if Luck gets injured at the combine etc...does he even bother going to the combine now i wonder?
i would be holding out for extra picks if i was them but what the hell..let them deal with the problem of having so much money tied in one position where the veteran starter QB has been playing so well the last few years he has been able to help paper over some of the many cracks in the current Colts roster.
Certainly not a surprise. The Colts this year showed how important a strong QB is to a team, and Manning is 35 and starting to show some wear and tear. Bringing in the best QB prospect in years is the smart move. He can learn under one of the most knowledeable QB's ever and follow the model the Packers used with Rodgers and Favre, which has worked out pretty well.
That said, this is by no means set in stone. We all know the NFL Draft is the biggest smoke and mirrors shell game in the universe.
It makes sense. Manning is one hit away from ending his career. If he even makes it back on to the field at all.
Our pick again just increased in value. Now every1 knows basically RG3 is there for anyone that wants him bad enough at #2 our pick.I hope we trade with cleveland and they give us at least there second 1st rounder and more that would be ideal because we could still most likely land blackmon with there pick.
