Re: Not a lot of trade partners for the #2 pick
Although I'm certain we'll end up choosing with the second overall pick again this year, I can see a team wanting to move up into our spot. After watching Matt Ryan this season play well, you can say Gm's are less hesitant on taking a chance on a QB in the top of the draft. So, if Bradford and Stafford; two Qb's that have Top 5 pick potential, impress in the combine and workouts, I can see San Fran as the only team possibly swapping with us in the top 10. Even if they are in our division, I wouldn't be bothered with a trade between both teams.

Re: Not a lot of trade partners for the #2 pick
I thought the Rams were strongly considering an OT last year, before Jake Long was signed by the Dolphins, so this year I can't see them drafting anyone with the 2nd pick other than Smith or Oher unless it is a QB, which I doubt.
If we could trade down with the right team (and as others have said that's unlikely) I could see us going for the best player available since we have so many needs. But I don't think there's all that much mystery surrounding the draft this year. It's almost certain that we take an OT with our first pick.

Even if someone wanted the second overall pick. Top 3 picks rarely get traded, teams don't wan't to pay that money. The only trade in the top 3 i can think of is the Eli Manning Phillip Rivers deal which is really out of the ordinary and an unorthodox trade.
