I'm going to say after Sunday Loss in AZ and Sam getting sacked four more times. SJ not being able to pick up a critical first down on short yardage. It's time to take another LT, move Rodger Saffold to RT.

At this rate, we'll be better off moving Saffold to fullback and let mountain dwarf Britt Miller play RT, and draft a LT.
Thought this might be worth a bump.
Last year before the draft Nick ask: Should the Rams consider using their first round pick on an offensive tackle? Anybody feeling like changing their vote?
Nope.
The problem, quite frankly, seems to be at RT. If the Rams wanted to take a RT, the could/should have in Round 2.
Yeah, Cordy Glenn at the top of the 2nd looks very good right now.......
The question becomes, who do you pass on in the second round for Glenn? Quick or Jenkins? Or do you pass on Pead and take Kelechi Osemele later in the second round? With Richardson's emergence as a surprise contender for snaps, maybe that's the way most would go now.
I've thought about this and I still believe that Quick would have been available at the 50th pick in the second round. While I certainly can't prove that assertion I just believe that a guy from a small school like App State was going to drop a little considering the talent from the major conferences that were on the board at that point.
Therefore, my draft would look like this:
1.) Brockers
2.) Glenn
3.) Jenkins
4.) Quick
5.) Pead or Johnson
While certainly hindsight is 20/20 the fact that Cordy Glenn is starting in Buffalo at left offensive tackle is quite a pill to swallow at this point in time.
That would be easy for me... I had us taking Kelechi Osemele in my final mock draft in the third RD. After seeing Richardson play I would pass on Pead in a heart beat. Not saying Pead will not work out in the long run. From what I'm reading Kelechi Osemele looking really good, we will see him Thursday.
