It looks like the only coverage is part of the Total Access show on the NFL Network.

It doesn't start until Saturday, at 10am EST. Which will be showing what is going on today, starting with the OL, specialists (K, P, etc) and TEs. It then goes until Tuesday of next week. Players go in position groups that are broke down over the different days.

Re: The Official 2010 NFL Combine Thread

Scott Wright has a nicely updated section on his website with detailed combine results.

Some of the QB measurements are in for those who were wondering:

    Jimmy Clausen: 6-2 5/8, 222 lbs
    Colt McCoy: 6-1 1/8, 216 lbs
    Sam Bradford: 6-4 2/8, 236 lbs
    Jevan Snead: 6-3, 219 lbs
    Tim Tebow: 6-2 6/8, 236 lbs

Better than expected height for Clausen. Most assumed he'd come in under his listed 6'3" but some felt it'd be much shorter. Good for him.

Bradford at a legit 6'4" and 236 pounds is nice.

Curious to see how Pike measures in.

Re: The Official 2010 NFL Combine Thread

Apparently Bradford carried the weight well, ie the increased weight was due to muscle and not fat

This will definitely only help his chances of being drafted No.1 overall, especially if this extra weight/muscle means he is able to take more hits

Lefevour to throw at the combine

INDIANAPOLIS Central Michigan QB Dan LeFevour said Friday that he indeed will throw at the NFL Scouting Combine. It just will be to stationary targets, not moving receivers.

I just did that because I want to throw to guys that Im used to, get a little work under center, get into rhythm a little more, said LeFevour, who added that he would throw at Central Michigans pro day March 24.

I was one of the first ones to commit to the Senior Bowl (last month) and supported that, so Im not afraid to compete, LeFevour said. Im doing what I think is best (at the combine). Obviously, Im not shying away from anything. I just want to put the best product out there and do the best I can on pro day.

Quarterbacks deciding not to throw has become the combines top storyline. Sam Bradford, Jimmy Clausen, Colt McCoy and Tim Tebow are considered the top four QBs, but all will not throw for various reasons. LeFevour leads the second tier of QBs, although he told reporters Friday that he hopes to move up the draft boards.

Interesting choice. Overall I think it is a good decisions, and can understand why someone will wait to throw to receivers that they trust.

Was there a problem with his size before? I dont remember hearing about it. Regardless that makes him about the same size as Peyton.

He measured in at 212 pounds at the Senior Bowl. That's pretty lanky for a guy his height, which has been a concern about him for most of the season. He's had some injury issues in the past, so scouts and personnel people probably wanted to see him add some bulk, which he did. He'd probably benefit from adding another ten pounds, which shouldn't be a problem in an NFL strength program.

Combine Bits: Dez Bryant Not Working Out

    02.26.2010 1:53 pm
Combine bits: Dez Bryant not working out
    By Jim Thomas
    St. Louis Post-Dispatch

INDIANAPOLIS _ After missing most of the 2009 college season because of an NCAA suspension, Oklahoma State WR Dez Bryant needs to show NFL scouts that hes not rusty. But Bryant told reporters Friday at the NFL Scouting Combine that hes not working out here after tweaking his hamstring last week. Bryant plans to work out at his pro day March 10 in Stillwater, Okla.

    * Missouri WR Danario Alexander met with reporters briefly, walking into the interview room on crutches following left knee surgery a week ago Wednesday. Alexander said he was down in the dumps at first about his latest knee injury, but said it was just another hurdle to get over en route to the NFL. He still hopes to be 100 percent by training camp time.

    * Oklahoma quarterback Sam Bradford wont be working out here because of shoulder surgery, but he did weigh in at 236 pounds, or 14 pounds above his college playing weight. There were some who felt Bradford was too lean in college.

Yeah, I think that the fact that he's throwing at all will count as a positive. Granted several of the guys who aren't throwing have injury issues, but this is going to be an opportunity for the guys who are going to.

On a different topic, they were saying McCoy came in a little shorter than expected. This was in NFL.com's coverage:
Colt McCoy, QB, Texas: Rated as a second- or third-round prospect on many draft boards, McCoy measured out at a shade over 6-foot-1 (the Longhorns had him listed at 6-2). Although the league has a few quarterbacks at that stature (Drew Brees and Michael Vick), 6-2 is roundly considered a starting point for NFL quarterbacks. McCoys challenge will be proving to teams that he has the ability to find passing lanes against taller pass rushers. Hell have to do that at his pro day since he has no plans to throw here.
