I'd like to see us add both Harry Douglas and Robert Meachem. Meachem league wide is seen as a WR who is "coming into his own" and is viewed as a "possibility of being a #1 WR for teams".

Meachem is more and likely going to be a Bill. At 3pm the Bills snet a private Jet to scoop him up and take him to Buffalo..

Not upset to lose out on Douglas to be honest. He is pretty much exactly what we already have at wideout

I was wondering the same thing. I didn't think the Rams would get Jackson, but thought someone like Garcon was a possibility (although I think the Redskins overpaid).

Rams showing interest in Green Bay safety Jarrett Bush, according to Jim Thomas. He really shouldn't be more than a special teams player, from what I've read.

For receivers - Meachem is interesting, but the free agent class wasn't that great and was horribly overvalued. Colston has huge concernes that he was only a product of the system and wouldn't be able to separate on another team, and VJax has the classic collect the money and stop trying attitude. Garcon just got overpaid for, but he's not bad. I was really hoping for Bowe, really good all around receiver. I would of overpaid for Bowe.

Well Meachem was signed to a fat contract by the Chargers.

As for the WR's go..theres nothing left out there. We can kick the tires on Manningham, but I see him being overpriced.

I like Manningham. I think he has the potential to be a #1, but he probably wants too much money and can be inconsistent.

Glad we didn't get Douglas. While I think he can be a good slot WR, he's basically a poor mans Amendola. Plus we drafted 2 other slot WRs last year. I've followed Douglas his whole nfl career, and he hasn't done much when he started. We definitely don't need anymore slot WRs.

I thought Schilens looked good when healthy, which he rarely is, but he's a big WR we could use.

If Lloyd is visting SF, maybe we still have a chance at resigning him.

Jerricho Cotchery should be on our radar, don't think that's a bad signing. We where outbid on our targets but I don't think we made a play to any others than Garcon and Meachem. I think that says something about the type and value Fisher puts into the WR position.

I hope your wrong, I'm just tired of having crappy receivers. Hopefully Snead will push to get some in the draft. I can hope. Were the Rams interested in V-Jax?
