I understand about trading down but WHO will be our QB for next 2, 3, 5 yrs?

Just like there will be another highly touted D player. Like Dorsey, Curry and now Suh and McCoy. Eventually we have to get a QB, or we will just continue to draft in the top of the draft every year

You know, I just noticed something in the PD's report that really shows what a great workout it was:

I mean... how impressive did Bradford have to be to prompt Schramm to come back from the grave to comment on the performance?

Burwell wrote it, and it's not like facts have been important to him anyway.

But seriously.....

Gil Brandt is a respected name in NFL scouting, even revered by some. If he says Bradford had a good day.......then he had a good day.

Interesting thing to note about the number of passes thrown.
I read somewhere before the workout that he was to throw 63 passes, with the first 8 or so to stationary targets.

Then afterwards i have read conflicting reports, some saying he was supposed to throw only 50 passes but threw more. One even saying he threw over 100 passes! Im going to go with the majority and assume he threw 63, but its weird that there can be a discrepancy with this.

I believe he threw 50 passes to receivers running actual routes from the route tree. He threw a bunch before which seemed almost like warm up throws to stationary guys and as far as I can remember, none of the balls to guys running routes were dropped, so the one drop came somewhere in the 13 before the routes.

At least that's how I remember it, I could be wrong.

Well, that settles it. Unless he gets abducted by Visitors, Sam Bradford will be buying Keenan Burton's number 14 from him.
