If Curry is Availible at #2 we take Him, Then Trade our 2nd round and Next Years 1st or even 2nd round pick to KC then get Monroe, then take a WR in the 3rd? would this work and be a Great Plan or is it we can't afford it?

I don't think we can afford to sign them both. But then again, what do i know about contracts? anyone else know?
well i dont see the Chiefs taking Monroe anyway..but id keep next years first as Monroe is not THAT good a player to throw the bank at in the form of all those picks!
yes he is good but for all that you should be getting a hall of fame candidate which i just dont see Monroe being..he is only so high on peoples draft boards because of the need for OT`s at the teams who are in the top half of the board and the fact that more dominant college LT`s have blown it at the combine etc....e.g Andre Smith & Micheal Oher..
the same that i have said about Monroe applies to Jason "lady legs" Smith
in previous years neither wouldnt even be spoken about as a top 5 ,perhaps even a top 10 pick!
in last years draft for example id have Monroe going in the 8-15 range and lady legs in the late 1st to early 2nd range.
Well i dont think the Chiefs would do it.
I think the Chiefs understand the the Rams have a new regime and signs are pointing to them getting out of the bottom 5 so you never know what pick the chiefs by get in return next year.
Also it is just not good for the Rams because since this season will be Bulger's make or break season we should keep next year's pick just incase Bulger falls again and be on there for Bradford next year.
There is no possible way that would happen. None whatsoever. You would be in cap heck if those two don't work out. That would be equivalent to the Saints when they did the Ricky Williams trade.
I don't see the Chiefs wanting any part of that. The #3 for #35 and a future pick? Just not going to happen. If that is the route to go, draft Curry, and grab an OT next year. 2010's draft looks to be about as fruitful (though maybe not as top heavy) with 6-8 first rounders next year. In fact, 2010 would be a great time to look for an OT in the 10-20 slots.
And there's always the flipside........take Smith/Monroe this year, and eyeball a MIKE next year. Though I don't see the top candidates (Spikes & McClain) on the same level as Curry, at this point.
No, that is absolutely impossible.
To quote the great orator J. Wellington Wimpy, "I'll gladly pay you Tuesday for a hamburger today."
Interesting point here, though:
On the draft value chart, a first round pick can be worth anywhere from 590 points (for #32) to 3000 points (for #1). The average first round pick is worth roughly 1160 points based on the chart values, and the 35th overall pick is worth 550. So we'd be offering approximately 1710 points in trade value for their 5th overall, which is worth 1700 on the chart. Of course, that's just what the chart says.
Jason Smith has 'lady legs" ?!
I think this is very possible... but only in Madden
Ok Well what are some 1st round Talented 0T's that may Fall in our Lap 2nd Round
