I don't see Bradford signing before he get's chosen. Doesn't do him any good and being the QB at #1 those are massive dollars. I hope you are right Av, I do but I just don't see how it benefits Bradford.

Does his reading defenses ability make anyone nervous, line calls, can he make the transition as fast as everyone is hoping? Hes smart thats for sure and I am in agreement with getting him signed, I just hope hes as good as advertised.

Sam is a film-room nerd for sure. And even though his successor at OU (Landry Jones) set a freshman record for passing yardage, the drop-off in checking down to 2nd and 3rd receivers was very noticeable. Sammy sliced and diced the D's. And fwiw, I saw him get the carp knocked out of him, and get right up and complete the next pass many a time. That BYU play was just a perfect ride to the turf and right on the shoulder that got aggravated against Texas. I can't recall another injury save getting his bell rung at Texas Tech when going after a fumble....and he DID play with an injured left hand after the OSU game in '08, so he's played injured.

Bradford is loosing leverage everyday he waits to sign a contract. If I were his agent I'd rush in there and sign for anything over 60 mil. The longer Bradford waits, the more teams go out and find Qb's to fill their need. Rams could threaten to sign someone else and let Bradford slide to #9 or #10 and Bradford would loose out on a ton of money.

Suppose the Bills go sign somebody, like (Marc Bulger), Bradford could slide even farther.

Yep, and also because Stoops uses advanced technological mirrors and smoke screens to send out the image of Bradford's elite accuracy and release, while in real life, Bradford sucks and has the accuracy of Rex Grossman...

yeah this is pretty likely. i like campbell and colt mccoy, and wish there was a scenario where we could trade for campbell and draft mccoy at the top of the second, but unlikely and bradford as our pick is as good as done at this point i think.

Do guys on here realize that scouts and coaches aren't selecting Bradford solely on production. A system doesn't teach a QB how to thread the needle and fit passes into windows, doesn't give a Qb his arm strength, doesn't teach a QB to read defenses, doesn't give a Qb IQ points. They look at his character, skills, and production while taking mind to the system he played in when evaluating and Bradford grades out as a great prospect. Why weren't those other stoop QB's rated as top 10 guys if they all were so darn good?..

Not saying scouts and coaches are perfect but i think they are more qualified than the average person when it comes to evaluating talent..

Do you find it amazing that its only you who has said this as a reason why the Rams shouldnt draft Bradford? But the people who are paid to analyse players prior to the draft have not said this at all?

Kind of my thoughts. Is he a west coast offense qb? I am not so sure. McCoy has quick feet to roll and a quick release. Assuming Spag is truly running a west coast set. I know they say so but...

Bradford has everything Mccoy has and more and has actually taken snaps from under center..

Yes, it is Suh. While I prefer Bradford over McCoy, I still like the combination of Suh and McCoy better than Bradford and whoever might likely be there at 33.
