    Ramming speed to all

    GC,

You are absolutely right, I have no conclusive evidence. I keep thinking about the type of WR's Blackmon and Floyd are, the WR's we have on our roster and the type of passing game Brian Schottenheimer & Jeff Fisher prefer. I think Floyd will separate easier based on his speed, despite JB's great Pro Day. Now do I think the Rams would take Floyd at #6, unlikely, so a trade down is a possibility. I am not averse to JB, I feel he will offer great playmaking skills, I just feel we are devoid of a long ball type of WR and Floyd fills that void better than JB. Not resigning Brandon Lloyd sent me a message. I also have read on various draft sites that Floyd may be more pro-ready on day #1 than JB. There seems to be some hesitation to about JB as a break-out star.

This is simply my out-of-the box thinking and I do not predict the Rams will take Floyd if Blackmon is on the board at #6. I accept that this is more intuitive than fact based. Sometimes I think it's better to step away from the all the draft noise one hears leading up to the draft. Incidentally, no offense taken.

    Go Rams!

I only voted for Ryan Tannehill, QB, Texas A&M -- because if Kahil, Blackmon, and Richardson are gone....I would want more picks so we can get a WR and the next best CB (something like that) ---

I obviously don't think Tannehill is worth a 6th overall, but I guess if you are a team that wants a QB -- you would go after him hard...

The best thing for Tebow, as a Rams fan, is for him to go to New York --- It allows the Dolphins and Jaguars to both potentially want our #6 overall pick....

I think the best fit for Tebow is Buffalo -- they run heavy, cold, and Fitz isn't a legit QB anyway ---

Just keep him away from here

I'd go with Riley Reiff. Tackles have a history of going early.

Nobody, unless Browns fall in love with Tannehill

I'm going to lol if the Browns take Tannehill at 4. Just not that impressed with him, I don't think he's enough of upgrade over McCoy to pass on the other talents available.

McCoy is arguably better than Tannehill, and this is coming from a die-hard Aggie.

Totally agree, I do not understand for the life of me what makes people think the Browns, or anyone would spend a high draft pick on this kid. This kid is a long-term "maybe" QB. He's a converted WR, still learning at the college level how to play QB. The pros will eat him alive. There is no way he should go in the first round, IMHO. You just don't spend a first round pick on a project. For the record, I added Reiff as the player most likely of moving into the top 6. ...and that's a long shot. I wouldn't mind the Rams taking him at #6 if Richardson was the only predraft "top 6" guy left to the them.I still believe that you build a team from the lines, out. I also understand that we need playmakers, but until you get your lines solid, playmakers can't make plays. I'm also not sold on Blackmon and think he'll be long gone by #6. The first years of the Fisher era should be building a strong foundation and getting the defense stronger, and getting the Oline built up. They can address the "playmakers" next year and the year beyond. This team isn't going to win anything next year anyway. Let's be honest. They need to look at the big picture and build their front four/five on both sides of the ball.
