Does anyone know if Deangelo Hall is a free agent? Since he was released from his contract with Oakland he signed a one year deal with Wash. Anyone know more details. Maybe BD( BILLY D) can bring him in

He is scheduled for free agency, but the Redskins are trying to sign him to an extension.
After the display he pulled against Carolina back when he was on the Falcons in 2007, I have no desire to see him on this team, and I doubt Devaney views Hall as someone who meets his requirements for being a character player.
You cannot blame Hall for acting the way he did in that Carolina game. He has a desire to play that all. Just because Bobby Petrino was a coward and turned his back on those players in ATL, they had every right to act up against him.
He is young, fast, and has been to the pro bowl. I certainly wouldn't object if we were able to bring him in. Devaney and Hall were together in Atlanta, so it is not too big of a reach I suppose.
That being said I doubt we would be able to afford Hall and Bartell, so now the question is, who would you rather have?
No way Deangelo Hall will be on Rams, He's not half as good as he thinks he is. Bad character issues. Devanny is smarter then that. Plus there are too many good db's with no character problems in free agency. He is a poster child for over payed young players who don't produce.
There are better cheaper options in FA and the Draft if we want to go that route.
Absolutely I can and will. There was no excuse in my opinion for his behavior on the field or on the sidelines. According to reports, after his complete meltdown on the field that helped lose the game for his team, he actually had to be restrained by multiple teammates while arguing with both Petrino and another coach. Blaming Petrino for it because he quit three months later makes absolutely no sense to me.
