Thats the team page thus far for the Rams. We just added coaches to this years league and I went out and got Spagnuolo which was a must I also lucked out on 3 OC before bidding on the RB coach from the Giants who I think was a brilliant pick up if you look at his history with Running Backs. I resigned Haslett after firing him for cheap.

So the roster is from NFL Player Association along with the 2009 salaries. Now the problem I'm having is I'm not sure what players are being lost to FA and what players are signed with the team already.

Any help about the Rams would be much appreciated like who to resign, cut, trade, sign, and draft.

Ive searched for a full FA list but I either get a few players or some lists differ. Thats why I came here is for assistance and input. If you know of a good site that lists the specifics let me know.

No. Not a chance. It would take a trade of Herschel Walker to the Vikings proportions to even think about. I'm talking we would be using the Seahags picks for the next 3 or 4 years.

I then just traded the #2 selection for Vikings 22, 54, and Chad Greenway.

I want some insight on Richie Incognito should I put a orginal round tener on him or let him go in FA?
