1[6] DT Alan Branch [Michigan]
-He has the size and ability that the Rams are starving for in the middle of the defense.

3[77] LB Quincy Black [New Mexico]
-Good speed and size combination to play at the SLB.

4. DE Brain Robison
-Robsion provides depth and work ethic to the defensive end spot.

5. OT Mike Otto [Purdue]
-Otto has played OT and OG and will provide depth and a developmental porspect.

6. NT Conrad Bolston [Maryland]
-Hey Jimmy the free ride is over, Boston is a born NT that will help against the run.

7. WR/KR Ryne Robinson [Miami Ohio]
-Robinson comes in as a KR and the 5th WR.

interesting speculation. Personally, if i am going up that high, its to take jamaal anderson. I dont think up i would give up a 1 and a 2 to do it however, we have too many holes.

G.C. I know we have a lot of holes but I really don't see these being filled through the draft. We have been relying on the draft too much we need to make a move for some experience, at least I think we do.

I think that the Rams need an impact on the defensive line praticularly at DT. The nice thing about going that high is that we will get a top DL prospect.

The Rams need a young OG with starting experience.

I think that is smart business, as long as we're thinking on ways to better our defence I'm satisfied.
