Curtis and 11 for a 4th? no way. I would think about curtis and 11 for the 1st, maybe

Then you're overvaluing Curtis quite a bit, IMO.

Re: The Rams, The Jets, Kevin Curtis & A.J. Hawk (a trade idea)
I think this is an unlikely part of the scenario also. The Jets may need wr help but as much as I like Curtis, he's not a #1 wr and a fairly unproven #2. Why would the Jets want to do this deal? It's a nice idea from the Rams standpoint but from the Jets p.o.v. it's not even worth considering.there is a chance that D'Brickshaw Ferguson could fall to No. 11

Re: The Rams, The Jets, Kevin Curtis & A.J. Hawk (a trade idea)
Ferguson might not be there at 11, but Winston Justice might be.
So, in this scenario, if the Jets want an OT, what would they prefer?
Ferguson, or Justice and Curtis?
I think that's a close call.
Welcome to the St. Louis Rams!

Re: The Rams, The Jets, Kevin Curtis & A.J. Hawk (a trade idea)
From the little I've read, Ferguson is the obvious choice as the best o-lineman in the draft. If I'm the Jets, knowing I need a ton of help on the o-line I take the stud of the draft rather than risk not getting either just to pick up a relatively unproven wr. Curtis and maybe Justice or Ferguson seems like way too much of a risk for a team that needs a lot of help on the o-line.

Last year, the Jets' top receiver was L.Coles (who may not be back due to his cap number). Here's how he compared to Curtis:

To trade down for a Hawk-ranged pick!

Well they did go through about 18 QB's.

Yeah I guess I am pretty biased, but who isn't? If no one was biased, we wouldn't have opinions.

Yeah, and the Rams were the model of stability at QB last year, right?

Curtis did score most of his TDs while being thrown to by Martin/Fitzgerald
